Personal data protection
Notice in accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
and communication of consent. The personal data provided by the
individual are also processed by electronic means for the purposes
indicated in the form herewith attached and for the activities required
for the routine management of E.C.E. for on-line and off-line publishing,
for assessing customer satisfaction, for commercial and marketing
purposes, for statistical surveys and for other similar objects
that may lead to data being communicated and divulged to third parties
operating both within and outside Italy. For the above purposes
these data can be processed in Italy and abroad by the designated
managers and officers in charge of data processing.
The individual providing the data is entitled to access the data
that concern him/her and to exercise the rights to supplement, correct,
update, etc. which are guaranteed by article 7 of Legislative Decree
196/2003, by contacting the appointed party. Providing these data
and giving one’s consent to their being processed is not compulsory
but is necessary to perform the tasks described above.
The person providing the data has read this notice published in
accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and gives
his/her consent to his/her personal data being used according to
