Information pursuant to section 13 of the italian legislative decree n. 196 dated june 30th, 2003

Given that
as a result of the completion of this form our company will collect and process some your personal data;
that the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) defines the way the the following concepts:
- Processing: any transaction, even without the aid of electronic instruments, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data;
- Personal data: any information concerning a natural person, legal person, entity or association, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number;

now therefore, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy),
we inform you
that the collection and processing of your personal data will be made by the company in compliance with the following:
a) general purposes: the data will be used to meet your requirements, for the proper conduct of the bureaucracy, accounting, tax, commercial and corporate activities required by law and strictly related to the relationships in place;
b) purpose of "direct marketing": your data (not sensitive) could also be used, solely and exclusively following his voluntary, specific and explicit consent revocable at any time, even for sending notices by mail, e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS and the like; after giving your consent, you have the right to oppose, at any time and without charge, to the processing of your data for this purpose (art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003);
c) voluntary provision: providing your data is optional and not mandatory; the refusal to provide data or opposition to processing for the purposes referred to in paragraph a) may entail the impossibility to satisfy some of your requests; the denial to the data for the purposes of paragraph b), will have no consequence on the relationships existing;
d) storage times of data: your data will be stored by our company in compliance with the maximum time required by current regulations;
e) mode: your data will be treated both with / paper and electronic / computer / telematics, in full compliance with the law, according to the principles of legality and fairness and to protect your privacy;
f) diffusion: your data will in any case be disclosed to third parties;
g) rights: you enjoy all the rights under Art. 7, to which reference is made for completeness;
h) responsible for and entrusted to the treatment: your data will be handled exclusively by a small number of corporate officers (administration, technical support, sales office, etc.) specifically authorized;
i) owner and manager: data controller is the present company  E.C.E. srl  based in Casale di Mezzani (Parma) – Italy, Via della Pace 21, in the person of its legal representative “pro tempore”; any request for information or clarification should be addressed to info@nidec-ece.com
